We are the children of immigrants who had brought their culture of arts & culinary to North Carolina. Their love of expressing who they were through food, drink & travel still flows through our veins.
Honey + Thyme Catering was created in 2022 by Stephen & Carmela McNeill with the dream of bringing not only a fresh new catering company to the Triad but a company that allows our customers to give them an unforgettable experience. Their love for travel is unique in the way of submersing themselves in the cultures they visited. Allowing them to bring back stories that many do not get to experience. We understand that every event is unique and we strive to make our customer’s imaginations a reality no matter how large or small their event is.
We have over 10 years experience of owning and operating restaurants that have remained staples in the Triad area. In 2018 started Amore e Sapore Catering that eventually grew and developed into Honey + Thyme. While we offer amazing and several options that you would find with a typical catering company, we strive to elevate that experience from the dishes we create to the aesthetics and intimate ambiance we bring to your event. We are not your normal catering company. We build relationships with our customers that allow us to bring their ideas to reality simply with food.
